Spring is in the air and changes are afoot. The government spending review is biting leaving a number of casualties in its wake. Change brings oportunity too and, for many private servicing companies, the loss of council-run units opens new doors. Happily, despite the uncertainty, there will be plenty to see at PestEx. As out five page preview shows there is no shortage of new exhibuitors keen to sell their wares.

What's in store for 2011? Whilst it promises to be another action-packed year, there is currently an air of uncertainty hanging over the whole economy, our world of pest control included. We extend our thoughts to all those in local authorities who may be feeling unsettled and to all pest contol contractors who have had contracts cancelled. Whatever happens, remember there will always be a demand for professional pest control services.
