The British Pest Control Association (BPCA) has released a new member-only video featuring Matt O’Donnell, founder of pest control business iX5, as part of its ongoing Meet the Member webinar series.
The latest CPD video explores Matt’s route into the industry, highlighting his move from hospitality into environmental health before setting up his own pest control company. Drawing on his time working in local government, he shares how experience in enforcement, housing and public health continues to shape his approach to pest management.
The session offers practical insights for pest professionals, particularly around working alongside environmental health teams and understanding how housing standards and responsibility influence pest issues on the ground.
