After a successful launch last year, In The Mix returns for 2026 – bringing another full day of hands-on learning, practical sessions and industry discussion for pest controllers across the UK. Delegates can also earn up to 7 CPD points.

Delegates will rotate through a series of structured sessions designed to reflect the challenges faced in day-to-day pest control work.

Manage a developing scenario, make decisions based on budget and see how outcomes change
Industry debate
Discuss key topics and defend your approach
DR5/Gloria Service
Get hands-on experience servicing and maintaining equipment
EFK Selection Exercise
Assess site scenarios and choose the most suitable electric fly unit
Each session focuses on practical decision-making, helping you apply technical knowledge in a commercial context.
In the afternoon, delegates will also take part in one optional session, including digital monitoring or interactive challenge, alongside more relaxed activities such as cocktail making.
The day is structured to keep energy levels high, encourage discussion and provide a mix of learning and engagement throughout.
