Tyro Group has announced the acquisition of Pest Control Plus, an established pest management company based in the Greater Toronto Area.
The acquisition marks Tyro Group’s entry into Canada and represents another important step in the group’s continued expansion across North America.
Founded in 2004, Pest Control Plus serves residential, commercial, and property management customers across the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Ontario.
