Will Coombs has become the first 5<25 initiative candidate to pass the RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management.
The NPTA 5<25 programme, supported by Syngenta, was launched to help young people under 25 build a career in pest control — offering structured development, funded training opportunities, and a clear pathway to professional recognition.
NPTA chief executive Kevin Lawrenson said: “Will has shown great enthusiasm and dedication throughout his training. The 5<25 initiative was created to open doors for young people like Will, providing a supported entry into the industry.”
