London Network for Pest Solutions (LNPS) has strengthened its surveying team with the appointment of experienced pest control professional Rob Hayden.
Rob, 50, joins LNPS as a surveyor, bringing with him decades of industry experience. Most recently, he worked for Shield Pest Control where his client portfolio included prestigious customers such as Royal Households and Premier League football clubs. Prior to this, Mr Hayden spent time at Pestokill, where he developed his technical and commercial expertise.
Pest control runs in the family for Mr Hayden as his career began at the age of 15 helping out in his father’s pest control business and learning the trade first-hand.
He said: “I love working for LNPS and having more freedom and flexibility than with other employers. I was given a sales target in my first month and I doubled it, which was brilliant.”
LNPS managing director Paul Cooper welcomed him to the team, highlighting the immediate impact he has made.
“Rob has been very complimentary about the company, our style of working and the support and professional approach we offer compared to his previous roles. He wishes he’d joined us years ago,” Mr Cooper said
“Rob is such a great asset and has fitted in really well. He has broken every monthly target so far.”
