NPTA chief executive Kevin Lawrenson said he’s incredibly proud of the progress being made across the assocaition.
“Our focus remains firmly on delivering value for our members, supporting professional development and ensuring that the association continues to champion both pest controllers and pest control businesses of all sizes,” Mr Lawrenson said.
“Over recent months, we’ve continued to strengthen our member offering through new benefits, expanded training opportunities and ongoing work to raise standards across the industry. We’re also making significant progress on initiatives designed to increase the profile of our profession, support recruitment into the sector and ensure that the voice of our members is represented in important industry discussions.”
Mr Lawrenson said he was also particularly excited that NPTA is currently developing both a three-year and five-year strategic plan.
“This work is about looking beyond the immediate horizon and laying the foundations for the future of our association and the wider industry,” he said.
“It is an opportunity to be ambitious, to think differently and to ensure that the NPTA remains well positioned to support members and lead positive change for years to come. We hope to share a summary of these plans over the coming months, and I genuinely believe the future is incredibly exciting.”
