PestWorld 2025 delegate and accommodation reservations, at early bird rates, are now both open for this year’s premier international event to be held between October 21-24.

This year’s PestWorld is returning to the eastern side of the United States and will be held at the Marriott Orlando World Center in Orlando, Florida.

Held each year, and organised by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), PestWorld is the largest and most international gathering in the pest controller’s calendar regularly attracting over 4,000 delegates from over 50 different countries.

It provides an ideal opportunity to experience the scale of the industry on a global basis, to meet pest professionals from around the world, establish new contacts and network with industry colleagues.

The exhibition is always at the heart of PestWorld events and in 2024 it consisted of nearly 280 exhibitor stands, not only from the US but also from Europe and Asia. Here delegates could catch-up on all the new developments and products.

For international delegates, the PestWorld 2025 venue is easy to access as it is only 17 miles from Orlando International Airport. If you’re thinking of combining it with a holiday with the family, it is virtually next door to Disney World.

Special registration rates are offered to international delegates with the added bonus of early bird discounts for bookings made by September 5.

In addition, NPMA has secured a discounted hotel room rate at the Marriott Orlando World Center for reservations made before September 26. Attendees are encouraged to book their accommodation early as rooms are expected to fill quickly.

Registration and hotel details are on the PestWorld website at www.pestworld2025.org. The site will also include the event programme and exhibition information, which will be regularly updated, as plans are finalised.
