BPCA launches new member benefit with Insectram

The British Pest Control Association has launched a new member benefit in partnership with pest management software provider Insectram, offering BPCA members discounted access to digital reporting tools alongside hands-on training and onboarding support.

The new benefit is designed to help pest control businesses improve reporting, customer management and use of operational data, while reducing the time and complexity often associated with moving to a new digital system.

Under the partnership, BPCA members can access a 10% discount on Insectram subscriptions across both Standard and Pro packages. The offer also includes one free day of on-site training or consultancy anywhere in the UK mainland, as well as free onboarding support, including the migration of existing customer portfolio data into the Insectram platform.

For members based in Ireland or mainland Europe, on-site training and consultancy is also available, with a travel surcharge applied.

These member-only benefits sit alongside Insectram’s standard service, which includes UK-based technical support, three free online training sessions per year and a transparent pricing structure with no licence fees or hidden charges.

BPCA said the inclusion of on-site training and customer data migration was intended to remove two of the most common barriers to adopting digital systems: lack of time and concerns about disruption during changeover.

Craig Peniket, partner and operations and commercial Manager at Purean Solutions and Technology, said the company’s focus was on practical support for pest management businesses.

“Insectram is committed to supporting the BPCA community. We understand the day-to-day challenges pest management professionals face, and this partnership is about helping members move from traditional ways of working to modern digital tools in a practical, supported way,” he said.

“By streamlining workflows and digitising essential processes, we aim to help businesses of all sizes work more efficiently and stay focused on protecting public health.”

Scott Johnstone, BPCA technology manager, said the benefit was designed to support members at different stages of digital adoption.

“Some smaller businesses know they need to start their digital journey but aren’t sure where to begin, while larger organisations are often looking to refine systems they already use,” he said.

“This new member benefit from Insectram offers practical support that’s relevant across the membership.”

BPCA members can find out more about the benefit and request a demonstration via the Insectram website. Members must reference their BPCA membership when signing up, with eligibility verified during onboarding.
