The British Pest Control Association (BPCA) is recruiting for a member support officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The field-based role offers a salary from £33,000, plus benefits and involves extensive travel across the UK, including regular overnight stays.
The successful candidate will support BPCA members with membership compliance, business development and day-to-day technical and commercial queries.
They will also help drive member recruitment and retention, identify trends across the membership base and make recommendations to improve engagement and support.
BPCA is looking for an experienced pest professional who is confident working independently, building relationships and maintaining high standards. Applicants must hold at least a Level 2 Award in Pest Management, or equivalent, and have a full driving licence.
Natalie Bungay, BPCA head of membership and technical, said: Experience across a variety of pest management settings is essential, ideally gained in both small and large companies. Strong communication, presentation, planning and IT skills will also be important.”
The package includes a company car or car allowance, pension, private healthcare after a qualifying period, an employee assistance programme, 22 days’ holiday plus public holidays, and access to an annual bonus scheme.
