The organisers of the International Conference on Urban Pests (ICUP) 2020 are looking for topics to be presented at their next event to be held in Barcelona, Spain. But hurry you only have until 16 September 2019 to submit your abstract.

An announcement was posted today (11 July) on the Competitions and Markets Authority website that takes the sale of Mitie Pest Control Ltd to Rentokil one step closer to completion. ServiceMaster Global Holdings Inc has been named as the upfront buyer of the divested business.

Few pest controllers could be unaware that Natural England revoked the three general licences for controlling wild birds (GL 04/05/06) on 25 April. The whole saga has reached such a point that there was a special one-off session for MPs on 21 May.
