The British Pest Control Association has announced a refreshed programme of in-person Training Forums for 2026, offering pest professionals across the UK a series of free, full-day training events focused on practical skills, technical updates and live debate.
Each event includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments, along with up to 7.5 BPCA Registered CPD points.
“We’ve taken a good look at what people told us they value most about Forums and pushed that even further,” Ms Day said.
“The refreshed Training Forums are practical, interactive and shaped by the people in the room. They’re about learning things you can take straight back to site.”
“In-person Training Forums are one of the most important ways we stay connected with members and the wider sector,” Ms Robson said.
“I’ll be attending lots of them and I’m keen to hear directly about the challenges people are facing on the front line.”
First stop: Glasgow
The first Training Forum of 2026 takes place in Glasgow on Wednesday, January 21, at The Radstone Hotel. Sponsored by Pelsis, the event runs from 8am-4pm and showcases the new format in full.
Attendees can also expect a ‘Big Question’ discussion, networking with exhibitors, a panel debate on rodent resistance and rotating hands-on sessions covering proofing and bird deterrent installation.
