More than 90 BPCA members tuned in to the association’s latest online debate, Is upselling and offering additional services the key to growth for pest companies.
The live webinar brought together a panel of experienced industry professionals to discuss how pest control companies can build resilience, increase revenue and strengthen client relationships, without losing focus on core pest control work.
Panellists included Paul Cooper of London Network for Pest Solutions, Gemma Sutherland from Pest Solutions, Shane-Daniel North of Eradikil Pest Control and Rob Curston from Contego, with the session hosted by PPC.
Discussion was lively and practical, with contributors sharing real-world examples rather than sales theory. Topics included pest proofing, loft work, pest awareness training and root cause analysis, all framed around solving problems properly and reducing repeat infestations.
The full recording of the debate is now available to BPCA members only via the Member Area, allowing those who missed the live session to catch up and revisit the discussion.
Following the success of the upselling debate, BPCA’s next business-focused event takes place on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, with a keynote webinar on social media and digital skills for pest professionals, delivered by Shepherd PR.
Running from 12.30pm-2pm via Zoom, the webinar is free for BPCA members, with 1.5 BPCA Registered CPD points available. Places are limited.
