As the insect season approaches, equipment reliability can make or break your service delivery.
In this online training session, available exclusively to BPCA members, Anna Iversen, technical services manager, pest control division at Control Solutions, Inc, will take a practical look at how to prepare, check and maintain your pest control equipment for peak performance.
The webinar is taking place, via Zoom, between 12.30pm and 2pm on Wednesday, January 14.
This session is part of the new BPCA Keynote series: longer, more interactive online mini-training courses designed to give members deeper technical knowledge than a standard webinar.
In this member-only keynote, Ms Iversen will cover:
- How to inspect, clean and store sprayers, nozzles and hoses before the season starts;
- Common signs of wear that affect spray pattern and chemical delivery;
- Servicing and replacing key components such as gaskets, valves and strainers;
- Building a maintenance routine to prevent equipment failure mid-season; and
- How good equipment care supports safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.
