To celebrate the NHS’s 73rd anniversary this week, 1env Solutions held a charity bake sale at the 1env head office in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
Ollie Hewett, 1env’s head of marketing, with the help of fiancé Georgia, baked a selection of cakes and sausage rolls and raised just over £70 for the NHS Charities Together. 1env Solutions matched each purchase made, taking the total raised to £140.
Mr Hewett said: “The NHS continue to do incredible work and especially so over the last year or so, we are very grateful for everything they have done and continue to do every day.
“The NHS Charities Together provide much needed support for the NHS staff, volunteers and patients so it’s great to be able to do our small part to help support them where we can.”
