After many months awaiting an announcement, the deal was signed and an announcement made on 23 December 2009.
This sale comes as a result of BASF”s divestment of Network following its acquisition of Sorex almost exactly one year ago – click here.

P+L Systems, based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire manufactures and distributes EFK machines and associated consumables to over 75 countries from its facilities in the UK and Spain. The company also supplies washroom hygiene products such as fragrance dispensers and aerosol refills, feminine hygiene bins and automatic hand dryers, under its TimeMist brand as well as water management products with its Dart Valley Systems unit. |
