Killgerm are looking for two Area Sales Managers to join their team.

Location: London & South East England
Salary: Competitive + Company Car + Benefits

Are you a dedicated sales professional with a passion for building relationships? At Killgerm Chemicals, we’re excited to invite you to join our team as an Area Sales Manager!

In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Sales and Customer Services and focus on growing our business throughout London and the South East. You’ll have the chance to connect with local authorities, pest control businesses, and agricultural merchants, making a real impact.

Who You Are: You’re a self-motivated individual with a proven sales record and a positive outlook. Your knowledge of the pest control industry, combined with your excellent communication skills, will help you create lasting connections with customers. You’ll be proactive in managing your territory and thrive both independently and as part of our collaborative sales team.

What We Offer:

• Generous Leave: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 5 years and 35 days after 30 years of service.

• Pension Scheme: We offer a generous pension scheme (4% employee/8% employer) after one years service. Prior to this you will be enrolled into our auto enrolment pension scheme (providing you meet the criteria) after 3 months service.

• Life Cover: For peace of mind.

• Income Protection: After three years of service, our income protection scheme provides 50% of your salary for up to two years if you are unable to work due to long-term illness or injury.

• Commission: Generous commission structure

Your Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring you understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

• Reconnect with past customers to explore new opportunities and reignite partnerships.

• Identify and engage new clients and potential markets.

• Conduct customer visits to showcase innovative Killgerm, Pestwest and carefully selected partner products, providing hands-on demonstrations.

• Assist customers with product enquiries and application challenges, liaising with our technical team when needed.

• Organise and participate in informative breakfast meetings and workshops.

• Attend national and regional meetings to share insights and foster growth.

• Meet sales targets while providing regular updates to the Head of Sales & Customer Services.

Requirements:

• A full driving license is essential.

• You must reside in the South East of England (Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, London, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire)

• Must have at least 5 years practical experience in pest management.

• Level 2 Award or Certificate in Pest Management (or equivalent) required.

Ready to Make a Difference? If you’re enthusiastic about this opportunity and believe you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you! Please send your CV and salary expectations to [email protected] by 30th June 2026.
