The National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) is strengthening its online member search functionality to better showcase the breadth of specialist services offered by its members.
The improvement aims to make it easier for customers, businesses and organisations to identify pest control companies with expertise in specific areas such as bird management, wildlife control, fumigation and other specialist treatments.
Kevin Lawrenson, NPTA chief executive, said: “By refining how services are categorised and displayed, the NPTA is ensuring that members with specialist capabilities are more visible to those actively seeking their expertise.”
As part of this development, NPTA members are being invited to confirm the specialist services they provide via a short survey.
The information collected will allow NPTA to improve search accuracy, helping ensure enquiries are directed to appropriately qualified professionals and supporting better outcomes for customers.
