On 1 December it was announced that the merger of Ecolab Inc with Nalco Holding Company was completed. This followed shareholder approval gained on 30 November 2011 and antitrust approval.

There was no-one available for comment from their Ecolab Pest Elimination activities headquartered in Sutton in Surrey. Nalco UK is the largest of Nalco’s subsidiaries in Europe. Nalco UK is also home to the global marine and transportation business Nalfleet. With a presence in the UK since the early 1950’s Nalco also runs the largest Legionella testing lab in Europe. |
