PestWorld 2026 is to be held between October 20-23 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas

PestWorld 2026 is to be held between October 20-23 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, Grapevine, Texas, USA.

Full details of the programme, the exhibitors, registration and hotel information for PestWorld 2026 are now available.

Held each year, and organised by the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) in the US, PestWorld is the largest and most international gathering in the professional pest controller’s calendar.

In 2025 it attracted over 4,500 delegates of which nearly 640 were international attendees from 75 countries. Underlining the global nature of today’s pest management business.

Entertainment and keynote general sessions
PestWorld starts with a bang with the opening ceremony, sponsored by Envu, on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 20. Delegates need to be prepared to be amazed and entertained by Master of Ceremonies and mentalist, Sean Bott, who will keep the energy high throughout the main stage opening whilst helping attendees build momentum and get ready to make the most of everything PestWorld has to offer.

At the general session on Wednesday, October 21, sponsored by Corteva AgriSciences, Riaz Meghji will share insights from his experience interviewing top leaders from across industry. He inspires audiences from around the globe to connect deeper and build meaningful human connections with their teams, clients and customers.

On the third morning, keynote speaker, Kyle Scheele, sponsored by Syngenta, aims to encourage individuals and organisations to break free from conventional boundaries, empowering them to embrace bold concepts that lead to transformative outcomes. He will blend humour with actionable strategies, motivating delegates to pursue their wildest dreams and unlock their full potential.

Concurrent technical and educational sessions
After each general session, delegates can choose from a multitude of nearly 70 concurrent technical, educational and management presentations covering virtually every technical topic and pest likely to be encountered by a professional pest controller.

Designed for CEOs, there are several more commercial sessions plus two forums designed to address the scaling of a pest control business to the next level.

Full details of all the sessions can be explored on the PestWorld website.

For international delegates
There is plenty specifically designed for international delegates. This includes, for those attending for the first time, a specific welcome and orientation session on Tuesday, the first day, before events start to swing into action.

The international reception on Wednesday night, once again sponsored by Orkin, is a great place to catch up with all those from overseas.

On Thursday afternoon, the Global Pest Management Coalition is holding an open meeting. All international delegates are most welcome. Come along and find out what this group has been working on.

The event finishes on Friday evening with the PestFest closing party. With local bands and fun activities, it is an ideal opportunity to let your hair down and say farewell to colleagues and new friends made.

Exhibition and early registration
The exhibition is always at the heart of PestWorld events and will feature over 250 exhibitor stands, not only from the US but also from Europe and Asia. Here delegates could catch-up on all the new developments and products.

Special registration rates are offered to international delegates with the added bonus of early bird discounts for bookings made by September 3. In addition, NPMA has secured a discounted hotel room rate at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center for reservations made before September 25. Attendees are encouraged to book their accommodation early as rooms are expected to fill quickly.

Registration and hotel details are on the PestWorld website. The site also includes the event programme and exhibition information, which will be regularly updated, as plans are finalised.
